Players will participate in a short 10-question quiz designed to reinforce key concepts from the session.
Open discussion to answer player and parent questions related to Hockey IQ, systems, and game understanding.
Duration: Approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours (based on group size and participation)
Format: Off-ice classroom setting (no gear required)
Optional Second Session: On-ice walk-through and demonstration (location varies, typically Hockey Haven or The Ponds of Brookfield, or TBD if outside the area)
The second session provides a deeper dive into systems, positioning, and faceoff concepts.
